4 Necessary Tips for Recovery from an Ironman Triathlete

Collegiate athlete turned Ironman triathlete, Annamarie Strehlow, has years of experience in recovery. Strehlow played soccer at the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota. After her soccer career was finished, she turned to triathlons, and eventually Ironmans. In fact, Strehlow placed second overall in her age category in the 2022 Ironman World Championships. All this to say, rapid recovery is a top priority for Strehlow. 

 

Strehlow’s recovery tips are as follows:

Strehlow’s ZYN Choice
