The Ultimate Recovery Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Drink ZYN, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as parent, child, sibling, or spouse) or those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Giveaway. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 27, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 7, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”).

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of entry method. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on November 7, 2025. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any listed prize becomes unavailable.
Winners will be selected via a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about November 8, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Potential winners will be notified by email. Winners must respond to the notification within 24 hours or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries or communications.
Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these rules.
All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within seven (7) days of notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Drink ZYN, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any claims, disputes, or causes of action shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
