Unique Summer Drink Recipes: Shake Up How You ZYN:

Regardless of if you are hanging out by the pool with your friends, in need of a pitcher for your next barbecue, or in the mood to experiment–summer is the best time to get creative and shake up some tasty refreshments. With so many drink options to choose from, there is no limit when it comes to finding tasty, yet aesthetic beverages to feature at your next gathering. The question, though, is where do you start? 

What if we told you that you can create a drink that is healthy, aesthetic, and tasty? In our free-time, we decided to get a little creative. ZYN tastes great on its own, but it also works as an add-in to common cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, and other drink choices to not only enhance the flavor–but also the benefits! 

During our experimental process, we tried out ZYN in various types of common cocktails and smoothie recipes. We picked out our top favorites and shared them below! These recipes are made with simple ingredients and great-tasting flavors for every palette! 

Vodka Lemon Ginger ZYNger:

(1 serving)

Recipe: 

  • 1 ounce Vodka (Free to alter alcohol content to taste and preference.)
  • 6 ouncesZYN Lemon Ginger
  • Garnish with a Lemon Slice

It really doesn’t get much easier than this! Not only does this drink taste amazing, but it is the perfect change up to an everyday Vodka Lemonade. This Vodka ZYNger is not only refreshing, but it offers the perfect balance between sweet and sour. Did we forget to mention? Very low in sugar and calories–talk about a bonus! 

Fruity FroZYN Smoothie: 

(1-2 servings)

Recipe:

  • ¼ to ½ cup of mange orange juice
  • Splash of Pomegranate Cherry juice
  • Frozen Mangos, strawberries, peaches, and dragon fruit (optional)
  • 1-2 scoops of collagen peptides
  • Favorite Flavor of ZYN Drink Mix
  • Top with water (for texture and consistency)

This smoothie recipe was given to us by D1 University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Women’s Basketball player Miquela (Instagram: @miqqqy)  who drinks this daily for both taste and recovery! This sweet-tasting smoothie is the perfect way to enjoy a refreshing cold beverage after a tiring workout or before you start your crazy day! 

Strawberry Yuzu Sparkler: 

(1 serving)

Recipe: 

  • 1 ½ ounces Sparkling Lime Water
  • 1 ounce Tequila 
  • 2 ounces sparkling wine
  • 2 ouncesZYN Strawberry Yuzu
  • Garnish with Strawberry

*Prepare Strawberry Yuzu drink mix in 16-20oz of water as normal prior to adding it to the cocktail. Feel free to substitute alcohol for sparkling grape juice or seltzer. 

This cocktail not only looks beautiful, it tastes great too! If you are in search of a sweeter cocktail for your summer gatherings, look no further than the Strawberry Yuzu Sparkler. Super easy to make and adjustable to alcohol preference and quantity. This cocktail is also low in sugar and calories and will surely be a hit at your next gathering!

Who said healthy can’t taste good, too? Regardless of if you are in the mood for a cocktail, a good recovery smoothie, or just a changeup to your hydration routine–adding a splash of ZYN can change the game!
